In accordance with the fourth industrial revolution, 65% of our children will be working in the jobs which even do not exist now. In addition, by 2030, the average 30% of the jobs in developed countries will be replaced by robots.[1] In this case, what can we do to make our children competitive and valuable labor force? Innumerous organizations that study regarding educational and future research have been offering a variety of researches and hypotheses; I personally agree that following qualities and skills are going to be important
in the future.

In order to successfully apply above mentioned qualities and skills for the students, the current trend of radically updating content, form, and methodology of education is so-called 4.0 educations.

ШИМТ+ is a national STEAM education curriculum that aims to be Mongolia’s new standard of education for the 21st century.
In other words, it is an educational approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts and Mathematics as access points for guiding student inquiry, dialogue, and critical thinking. The end results are students who take thoughtful risks, engage in experiential learning, persist in problem-solving, embrace collaboration, and work through the creative process. These are the innovators, educators, leaders, and learners of the 21st century!
ШИМТ+ is a curriculum of STEAM that particularly suits the way of thinking and psychological traits of Mongolian children. Our content development activities are therefore, tightly aligned with ШИМТ+ curriculums.
